Continental's Travel Contact has globetrotting in mind. It's a robust tire with a high carrying capacity and a tread that makes it possible to explore all kinds of paths. It also boasts Continental's SafetySystem for exceptional puncture protection with little added weight. And, the Travel Contact sports a layer of DuraSkin for excellent sidewall protection as well.

Made up of Kevlar-reinforced, high-strength nylon fabric, the SafetySystem protects against cuts and punctures but remains light and flexible. It provides a bit of extra comfort and a longer lifespan for the tire as well.

Look for the brown sidewalls, and you know you've got DuraSkin protecting your
tires. The high-quality polyamide fabric helps prevent cuts and abrasions when riding in the harshest conditions.

Pros

    Comments:

These tires have a reasonable low roll resistance and are quiet on the road. The side profile helps on gravel and otherwise poor surfaces.
